The “ePopZeb Project”
Cities have seen their population exponentially increase, causing house prices skyrocket and an augment of pollution problems due to low insulation and older heating systems.
House prices per square meter, added to high maintenance costs, make unaffordable for many young people to buy their first home.
Moreover, traditional houses are usually thermally inefficient and money wasting.
Heating systems are turned on more than average to balance the high thermal dispersion.
Even materials composing traditional houses are more impacting with environment, making them less sustainable and expensive for society in the long term.
We are now more used to be always connected on internet and it’s becoming normal to have AI-powered assistant and IOT technology on our hi-tech tools.
Traditional houses aren’t thought to implement new technology like AI-powered assistants and IOT sensors on their skeletons.
ePopZeb smart houses are composed by simple and easy to install wood modules, to drop the cost of house construction and bring down prices for maintenance. Indeed, ePopZeb houses are build up in few days, work is remotely monitored with a final feedback if everything is correctly installed.
Modules are composed by natural wood, simple to manage, repair and reuse when it’s no more usable as house modules. The ePopZeb technology inside each module allow to monitor their position, working status and to connect every smart device you want to create an integrate environment.
The core of the house is based on a innovative and universal IoT platform developed to manage all information coming from sensors on wood modules and to seamless connect with external sensor (i.e. heating systems) to be managed from a unique, centered focal point.

74% of traffic is created by people searching to park. This is the assumption we started on thinking a new way to organise our movement in the future cities.
Traffic congestion creates the assumptions to increase car accident and risk human life.

This pollution is mostly created by cars.

Price that increase or diminish following the need of drivers for parkings and access to the city center
A centered and innovative platform based on IA algorithms that estimate the future needs of parkings and accesses based on future events and past data
A platform for opera houses and theatre lovers that want to share their impressions
Italy is famous in the world for old lyric works and theatres, though current generations seems to be more distant from this world.
Our project intend to gather all people that love this kind of art and use modern technologies to understand what they value more in order to present it better to a wider potential audience.
Theatre and opera houses are today usually considered for older people.
Younger generations prefer dynamic entertainment and are used to try everything before buy it.
A large portion of people have difficulty to take benefit from lyric and opera shows.
Reasons are that they are usually expensive and sometimes in uncomfortable schedules.
Other people don’t live in the cities or can have physical disabilities that prevent them from benefit from it.
Following the trend of the audience, even the work of artists (opera singers, actors, conductors of orchestra, etc.) is becoming less alluring for young people.
Italy is known in the world for creative and artistic skills though in the last decades other countries are investing more on culture and artistic training.
Bonds among opera and its audience is strengthened using new technologies.
Big Data, social media analysis are used to know better which things people love and what dislike, allowing the proposition of tailored shows
Accessibility to opera shows became more simple using VR and AR technologies.
This way anyone interested can on-demand and from home benefit of lyric shows.
For people that want to try it, can be prepared a trial version
Using Cantico platform and modern gamification process, younger people are stimulate to start the learning process.
This training is also cheaper making it available for a wider population.
More people interested in italian opera, lyric and theatres shows, means an increase of people that conveys italian values in the world
